All of the products associated with the Aslan Guild offer significant benefits and/or an improved quality of life and safety for the individual consumer or the public at large.   The Aslan Guild not only carefully considers each potential product, but also the inventor(s) associated with the product in order to ensure a cooperative fit and match to the vision, goals, and objectives of the Guild. When appropriate, the Aslan Guild conducts in depth and thorough analysis of the relevant patent records, public documents, and/or existing examples of similar products in the market place to establish a base line for evaluating potential patentable features of new products the Aslan Guild is considering.   The Aslan Guild employs unique search techniques to discover the revelation and teaching through the prior art as well as uncovering what has not been currently addressed. Using these proprietary techniques and methods, the Aslan Guild ensures a more robust patent (or series of patents) leading to a protective hedge around the features of the invention and establishing a broader basis of claims, compared to traditional patent processes.   Based on patent searches, product and market analysis, and other factors, the Aslan Guild prepares and files Provisional Patents, Utility Patents, or other appropriate documents, protecting both the features of the product and the rights of the inventors. The Aslan Guild performs numerous versions of prototype development activities. As appropriate, the product and development process may include any one of several prototyping methods. The Aslan Guild employs modeling, computer simulations, FEA, conceptual prototyping, feature molding, cross-section modeling, and preproduction prototyping, amongst other types of product development prototype methods. The Aslan Guild's product design and development team has extensive expertise with products and components fabricated from plastic, rubber, metal, glass, and other resilient materials. The Aslan Guild's development resources also include core competencies in the assembly and fit of any combination of these materials. Through its design and development resources, the Aslan Guild provides appropriate testing and laboratory research and failure analysis on prototypes and/or or competitive products. The Aslan Guild's resources also include expertise in compound formulation, polymer selection, metallurgical specialties, and specialized testing and manufacturing methods. The Aslan Guild's Product Development Team perform necessary testing and evaluation analysis on preproduction prototypes to develop, analyze, and/or establish a basis for defining potential patentable features. The Aslan Guild develops products, conducts patent research, and performs appropriate market research and analysis. Based on the collective information relative to each product, the Aslan Guild then determines the best course of action for the manufacture and distribution of the product. As a result, the Aslan Guild may not be directly involved in the manufacture or fabrication of any of the products or components of the products it is associated with, because it may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Aslan Guild to make use of existing manufacturing and distribution channels. When deemed appropriate, the Aslan Guild will make provisions to manufacture and/or fabricate and/or develop distribution channels for its products and/or services.

However, even if the Aslan Guild is not directly involved in the manufacture or fabrication of products or components, the Aslan Guild is still indirectly involved with the chosen manufacturing channel. The contractual agreements between the Aslan Guild and the chosen manufacturing-distribution channel(s) will establish technical and mutual exchange and support terms. Therefore, the Aslan Guild will involve itself accordingly with the chosen manufacturing channel to provide assistance for continuous improvement of the product, the process, and/or other cost saving improvements. The design and development activity of the Aslan Guild works in close concert with manufacturing disciplines to ensure that the final product is designed with robust features and correspondingly robust manufacturing process parameters. The Aslan Guild works with a portfolio of investors and financeers through which we have developed partnerships and business relationships. Aslan always looks into the viability of the businesses we seek to partner with: how it is run, how well is it managing profit and loss, cashflow, EBITDA, etc. At the Aslan Guild, we ensure the profitability of the company, the invention and the idea. Through our portfolio of investors we look for the perfect fit between invention, inventor and investor. We understanding that a financial partnership is more than just the money being transacted, it is the birth of both a business and personal relationship among individuals sharing in similar ideas. Before a new product can be sold or leased, it must reside within an effective corporate structure. The Aslan Guild provides critical services related to developing such structures. If no structure exists, the Aslan Guild can create an LLC around the product. The Guild also provides strategic consulting and capacity building services to existing companies to help aid them in most effectively positioning themselves to maximize their product's potential. The Aslan Guild also provides other corporate services, including Business Plan development and assistance in the development of a governing company board. These strategic services remain available to clients of the Aslan Guild throughout the duration of the partnership contract. [top]

The Aslan Guild Marketing Team is well trained in conducting primary and secondary marketing research and analysis. Valuable data points drawn from our research analysis serve as the foundation for creating and implementing high-impact, go-to-market strategies designed to establish critical relationships, develop traction and generate positive cash flow.    Once the strategic market plan is in place, more tactical-based plans are designed and integrated across all vital business and communications disciplines.   This ensures all business efforts are synergistic, creating maximum leverage in order to gain crucial mind and market share while simultaneously laying the foundation for future brand development.     

At the Aslan Guild, we understand that the brand development behind a product is just as important as the product itself.   Our branding process begins with an in depth consultation with our Branding team.   During this consultation, our proprietary Needs Based Analysis (NBA) questionnaire is completed.   A series of approximately 30 questions, ranging for vision plans, to marketshare analysis, to color and mood recommendations, the answers to these questions lay out a clear roadmap for the development of the branding and culture behind the product.   The Aslan Guild Branding Department works with the client in the development of the branding and packaging, providing realistic renderings of the final packaging and utilizing internet based proofing systems for easy accessibility at all times.
